Wow. I was so so so impressed by this food! I ordered the shepherds pie with a side of crab bisque. The bisque was good and the pie was phenomenal: so meaty and rich filling with whipped potatoes that had a nice broiled crunch on the top. Great balance of filling to potato. It truly was enough to split and take half home for a whole second meal. But the real gem?! This gluten free corn bread As someone who’s been gf for years, I rarely get to start a meal with a warm bread, and the flavors in this was truly special!! My husband ordered the prime rib sandwich and said it was fine, but my meal alone was enough to bring us back.

Anna was super fantastic, refilled drinks quickly, food came out in a timely manner and the food itself.... The Lord has blessed their chef to say the least Seriously though some of the best food I could’ve asked for. Well worth the price. HIGHLY RECCOMEND Only note - the crab pretzel wasn’t too astonishing and in my opinion over priced but you could taste and see the crab so I was in not was disappointed

Ace's Run @ Deep Creek Md is one of our family's favorite restaurants to have our last night dinner when we are on vacation. We have been there the last 4 years and have never had a bad experience with service or food. I Highly Recommend if you are in the Deep Creek area.

Went up to deep creek lake for a week vacation with a group of 8. We all went out separately one night and it was just me and my girlfriend. We were very happy to choose Aces run. The staff were extremely friendly even thought it was was busy. We were never rushed by our great server Hannah who honestly was one of the nicest server I've ever had. She was very helpful with the menu, patient, friendly, and didn't have a script. Our view on the balcony was amazing but obviously the food was the best part. We had to get the fried pickle appetizer and it was perfect, never had better fried pickles in my life. Our dinner was amazing but what took the words out of my mouth were the desserts. It'd be alot to say to please look at the menu and go to aces right now and request Hannah. Will definitely be back.

The food is always excellent! We enjoyed the Chesapeake Chicken Pasta and the Beet Salad with Chicken. Both delicious! Portions were enough for two extra meals each dish . Love it here!

This was the second time here. Both times, the food, service, and atmosphere were awesome! We had our dinner on the deck. The view of the lake was beautiful! I highly recommend this restaurant! We got the salmon, "catch this" fish sandwich, and the shrimp appetizer. The way the food was plated was amazing!

Very good ambience Lake facing seating Tasty Food Went up to deep creek for a vacation, on the way back went here to have food. The food was freshly made and tasty. We liked the catch of the day sandwich, very good and huge serving of fish. Service was good, our order took some time to be ready. We spent the time checking out the various artifacts and photographs. Interesting to see they have the first dollar they recieved farmed and so is a menu from 1965. Nice place. Worth a visit for sure.

Very good food! A little wait for the table, drinks, food, etc but they seemed short staffed and there were several other large parties there the same time as us. Staff was very friendly
